In a bowl add sweetened condensed milk and room temperature cream cheese

Whisk until smooth set aside

Whip cold cream until stiff peaks

To the whisked whipped cream add the condensed milk and cream cheese mix

Line a parchment sheet and freeze for about 6 hours or overnight

Assemble : to the whipped cream and condensed milk mix base fold in strawberry compote and swirl in the graham crackers crust.

Scoop out and serve in cones or bowls
