Switch legs and hold for at least 20 counts.

Bend your knees for crunches! 10 reps

Sit up and pike stretch!

Butterfly stretch! Ask them where they are “flying” to!

Kick your legs back on all 4’s. 10 reps

Finish with push ups 5-10 reps. Don’t forget high fives for all!
