“No Excuses” Full Body Hotel Room Workout With A Towel!
Enjoy your workout anytime anywhere!!
Most important thing to remember is to keep the towel TIGHT! 16 reps!

Use the tension to open your back and hamstrings. 5 reps.

Lunge taps and add a jump center. Do this combo 8x

Combo!!! Get your heart rate up! Repeat 8x to the left!

Shoulders!! Keep your belly button pulled in! 20 reps!

Speed up your taps! Do 16 quick reps!

Switch to under-grip for biceps! 16 reps of biceps curls then 16 bounces!

Back to obliques! 10 reps!

Knee drives! 10 reps to the right!

Other side! Repeat 10 reps!

Center jumps! Go big! 8-10 reps!

Bring towel behind your neck! 10 reps to the right!

Other side! 10 reps to the left!

Pull your towel tight for balance! 16 reps!

Outer thighs and obliques! 16-32 reps. Work your way up if you need to. Keep good form over just doing high reps!

Other side! 16-32 reps!

Lift your heels and tap towel to work your shoulders. 10 heel lifts and 20 towel taps forward.

Triceps!! Go for the burn! 16-32 reps. Keep your back straight and stomach pulled in!

Glutes! Start with a hip pushing off a desk or table. 8-10 reps!

Bend BOTH knees and work your glutes! 32 reps!

Stretch that leg! Take a good 10-20 second hold!

Other side! Power up in 8-10 reps!

Sculpt your seat! Work your way up to 32 reps or more!

Stretch!! Count a slow 20 counts!

Walk down for a final stretch! Again, at least 20 seconds

Finish with a balance! 3-4 reps each side!

Other side! Make each rep better and better!
