No Rise Salted Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls
Peel three apples.

Slice the apples in 1/4 inch slices.

Melt butter in a large nonstick pan over medium heat.

Add the apples to the pan.

Add the brown sugar.

Add vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract.

Stir to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Combine water and cornstarch to make a slurry.

Add the slurry to the apple mixture and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes.

Let the apple mixture cool completely.

To make the cinnamon roll dough combine warm water and yeast in a stand mixer.

Add granulated sugar. Let sit to bloom for 5 minutes.

Add the oil.

Add eggs and salt. Mix to combine.

Add the bread flour. Make sure to use a dough attachment. Mix on low speed.

Mix until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

Place some oil on a clean work surface. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.

Add the softened butter and brown sugar and spread evenly over the whole surface area.

Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Add the cooled apple filling over the whole surface area.

Start rolling the dough tightly to form a log. The filling may fall out a little which is okay.

With a bench scraper cut the roll in half and then each half in half until you have 18 rolls.

Carefully place the rolls in a greased pan. Top with extra sauce. Bake at 400 for 13-16 minutes.

To make frosting beat softened butter and cream cheese in a stand mixer.

Add powdered sugar and mix to combine.

Add salted caramel and mix to combine.

When the rolls are done spread evenly with frosting. Top with Maldon salt.
