No-Bake Caramel Cheesecake
Firstly melt butter for the biscuit base

Then blitz together with digestive biscuits

And tip into a lined tin

And compact down, before chilling for 20mins

Then get your cheesecake ingredients ready

Whip together the cream cheese and icing sugar

Then whip the double cream in aswell

Finally, stir in the caramel sauce

Until fully combined!

And spread out evenly on top of the biscuit base

Then leave to chill for 4 hours

To decorate, pipe lines of caramel and then feather with a skewer/cocktail stick

And enjoy! It’s thick, creamy and perfectly sweet!
