No-bake Crème fraîche Strawberry tart
Mix 200 g of butter cookies into a powder.
Add 75-100g of melted butter to the cookie powder, and make a ball of dough.
Press the dough into a 9” pie mold. Place in freezer 30 min.
Whip creme fraiche, heavy cream, vanilla and powdered sugar until thick.
Spread the mixture into pie crust. Sugar the strawberries and place on top of the cream.
