No-Churn Pistachio Ice Cream
Whisk together 1/2 cup whipping cream, a 14-oz can of sweetened condensed milk, and two 3.5-oz packages of instant pistachio pudding mix.
In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip 1.5 cups of whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the pudding mixture into the whipped cream, and add 1/4 cup chopped pistachios.
Freeze for at least six hours (or overnight) before serving.
