No-Knead Panini Bread Recipe
Add 1 1/2 tsp.sea salt & 1 1/2 tsp.yeast to the 3 cups all- purpose flour (360g). Stir to mix in.
Add 1 cup water (236g). Stir until flour is all moistened & sticky. Rest the dough for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle oil to make an oil slick. Fold dough as shown. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
Repeat folds 2X more cover, rest 20 min. between folds. After 3rd fold let rise till doubled. 1-2 h
Once dough is doubled in size in 1-2 hours, split the dough in half. Add flour as needed.
Shape two 3 by 12 inch loaves. Put the loaves on a parchment-lined cookie sheet
Cover w/ a piece of lightly oiled plastic wrap. Let rise until puffy and doubled in size.
Bake the loaves for 20-25minuted 425-degrees F. until golden brown.Cool on a wire cooling rack.
