No-Nut Banana Bread

All-Purpose Flour

Baking Soda

Salt
Mash bananas in a medium-sized bowl

Add eggs and mix lightly

Add buttermilk and mix

Add vegetable oil

Add vanilla extract

Add all-purpose flour and white sugar and mix

Add salt and baking soda, then mix thoroughly

Pour batter into greased loaf pan and smooth top with a spatula

Bake at 325°F for 80 minutes

The loaf is done once the top is brown and lightly cracked on top!
