North Dakota Knoephla Soup
In Skillet melt butter

Add potato and onions to butter. Cook for 20 min.

Add milk to the skillet and let simmer

Knoephla dough- Combine flour, egg, milk and salt

Roll dough into a long 1/2 inch rope and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
5
In a pot bring broth to a boil /reduce heat/ drop dough in broth and simmer for 10 min
6
Add potato mixture into broth and serve
