Not Fried “Refried” Beans!
Rinse and sort pinto beans.

Soak overnight in water.

Fill Dutch Oven RockCrok with broth and/or water.

Add soaked pinto beans, 4 slices of bacon, 1 jalapeño and sliced onion.

Slice 2 cloves of fresh garlic with Garlic Slicer.

Season with Southwest Seasoning Mix or Cumin.

Cook on HIGH for 8-10 hours in RockCrok Dutch Oven.

Add cooked beans to the Deluxe Cooking Blender. Include the juices.

Blend to desired consistency. Beans will continue to thicken.

Add grated cheese to the top and blend.
