Nut and Seed Chicken with Homemade Honey Mustard
Add macadamia nuts & sunflower seeds to food processor. Pulse until chopped.

Add nut & seed mix, panko breadcrumbs, basil, oregano, garlic. Mix.

Coat chicken in flour, then egg wash, followed by nut & seed mixture.

Shallow fry in oil until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165F.

Place on rack or paper towels to drain excess oil

Make homemade honey mustard: Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice.

Whisk until fully combine. Taste & adjust if necessary.
