Nutrient Dense & Easy Chipotle Copycat Bowls
What you'll need
Cauliflower Rice
Peppers And Onions
Black beans

Avocados
Flank Steak
1 Lime
Garlic Powder
Onion Salt
Green Onions
Pico De Gallo
Chopped Lettuce
Fresh cilantro
Spray your pan with a bit of avocado oil. Pour your frozen cauliflower rice bag into pan.

Add 1/2 bag of Trader Joe’s fire roasted pepper and onions or you can sauté fresh peppers and onions and add in.

Squeeze the juice of half a lime into rice. Add a handful of chopped cilantro and mix in.

Add some onion salt and garlic powder to taste. Fine to use fresh garlic or omit. Mix and set aside.

Guac this way! Add 2 ripe avocados to a bowl, a tsp garlic powder, a tsp onion salt or a tsp of onion powder & salt. Mix and chill in fridge.

Get your protein ready! I’m using marinated flank steak. You can skip the meat or use whatever you have on hand!

Get your beans ready! My favorite are the Cuban style black beans from TJ’s! You can use whatever beans you have or skip em.

Get your station set up! I’m adding some pico, lettuce & fresh lime wedges. Feel free to add any other toppings such as cheese or sour cream!

Time to make your bowl! There’s no rules to this. You can have whatever you like!

Time to dig in! Sprinkle some scallions and taco sauce on top if you wish!
