What you'll need

1 cup of cashews
2 cups of Oats
1 cup of pecans
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup apple sauce (optional)
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tsp cinnamon
In a large mixing bowl, place the oats

Roughly chop the nuts

Softer nuts like cashews can be crushed within a clean cloth

Add the nuts to the oats

Add the flax and chia seeds

Add cinnamon and a pinch of salt

Heat the oil, syrup and applesauce and pour over dry ingredients.

Lay out on two trays lined with baking parchment

Place in oven at 180/350 for 20 - 30 mins, turning occasionally

Once cooled, store in airtight container. Perfect to share with loved ones.
