Whisk oat bran, oat flour, baking powder and salt

Whisk coconut sugar, almond milk, coconut oil, eggs and vanilla

Add dry ingredients and whisk

Cover and refrigerate 1 hour

Scoop into 9 muffin cavities

Bake at 450 for 5 mins then 375 for 15-17 until a toothpick comes out clean

Then cool completely in the pan and eat!
