Oat Flour Banana Bread
Preheat your oven to 350 and line the bottom of a loaf pan with parchment paper. Rub the sides with oil
In a medium bowl, whisk together oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt
In a large bowl, whisk mashed banana, eggs, sugar, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla until well mixed
Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and combine
Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 1 hour 10-20 min
It’s done when a toothpick comes out cleanly from the center. Let cool in the pan completely and DEVOUR
