Oatmeal Cream Pie Cookie Bars
Add butter, sugar, and brown sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer.

Cream until fluffy.

Add molasses and vanilla, mixing to combine. Add eggs and mix.

In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Whisk to combine.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Spread the batter into a greased 13x9” pan. Bake.

Prepare frosting by combining butter and powdered sugar.

Mix until fluffy.

Add vanilla and milk or cream.

Add marshmallow fluff.

Mix until fluffy!

Spread over cooled cake bars.

Serve at room temperature for cake-like texture, or chill for a bar-like texture.
