Oatmeal Scotchie Pan Cookies
What you'll need

Water
2 cups
Flour
1 tsp.
Baking Soda
1/2 tsp.
Kosher Salt
1 cup, softened
Butter
1 1/2 cups, packed
Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp.
Orange Extract
2 tsp.
Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
2 cups
Butterscotch Chips
Large Bar Pan
Batter Bowl

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in small batter bowl.

In large batter bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, eggs, water and orange extract.

Beat until creamy with electric mixer.

Gradually add the flour mixture, beating until well blended.

Stir in rolled oats and butterscotch chips.

Spread dough evenly in lightly greased large bar pan.

Bake at 375Β° F for 20-25 minutes.

Cool and cut into 2" squares. Enjoy!
