1 packet
Dr Oetker Glaze
3/4 cup
Vegan White Chocolate
1/2 cup
Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup
Almond Milk
Whisk your flour, flaxseed, water, coconut oil, baking powder, almond milk and sugar together.

Pour ingredients into a 9 inch round pan. In a preheated oven, bake at 350˚F for 25 mins

Melt the white chocolate over boiling water on medium heat

Let your cake completely cool down then drizzle your white chocolate on.

Place your cut berries on the cake

Follow the directions on the packet to prepare your glaze

Pour your glaze over the fruits and cake
