No Jumprope ? No problem: mimic jumping rope. 4 sets of 25

Quick twists: 5-8 slow followed by 5-8 fast. Repeat 5 times

Arm circles forward and back : keep legs moving so as not to cool down : 10x each direction

Back twists: 10 x

Knee Circles: 10x each direction

Ankle rolls: 10x each direction, each foot

Back circles: 3x each direction

Hip circles with a kick: 5x each side

3 short jumps into landing position : 5x

Landing position hops: 10x
