Oil-Free! Cinnamon Protein Granola

Gather ingredients & a large bowl. (Recipe makes 12 cups, but is easy to halve!)

Add 4c rolled oats + 4c puffed rice cereal

Add 2c nuts & seeds of choice.

Add 2T ground flaxseed + 1T whole flaxseeds or chia (optional)

Add 2T cinnamon and (optional) 1/3c vanilla protein powder. Mix REALLY well!

In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients: 2T vanilla + 1c applesauce

Add 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup and stir well.

Mix together & stir until everything is coated. Add extra sweetener or applesauce if too dry.

Spread onto greased baking sheet.

Cook at 325•F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and starting to crisp!

It’ll crisp up even more as it cools! Add back into oven afterwards for 5 min. to add extra crisp. ✨

Lower sugar, fat, and calories than storebought! Cool completely & store in airtight containers.
