Oil-Free “Fried” Cauliflower
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Trim a head of cauliflower and place on baking sheet.

Mix 1T sriracha, 1t minced garlic, 2T ketchup, 1t cumin, 1/2t coriander, 1/2t cinnamon...

...1/4t pepper, 1/8t nutmeg, 1/8t cloves, dash cayenne, and 2T vegetable stock.

Brush half the mixture on the cauliflower. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.

Brush the remaining mixture on, then roast another 10 minutes.

Cut into wedges or florets and sprinkle with chopped scallions. Serve, and enjoy!
