Oil-Free Lemon Zest Hummus

Add a 15oz. can of chickpeas to a food processor.
Add 4 cloves of garlic.
Add the zest and juice of one lemon.
Add 1/4c coconut cream.
Add 1T cumin and 2t salt.
Blend until smooth, using 2-4T aquafaba if necessary.
Serve and enjoy!
