Oil-Free Vegan Hungarian Pan-Cooked Potatoes

Crumble an 8oz block of tempeh. Cover with 2T liquid aminos and 1t liquid smoke. Allow to soak.
Chop 2lb. yellow potatoes into bite-sized chunks.
Roughly dice 2 green bell peppers.
Cook potatoes, peppers, and 2t paprika over med-high for 15 min. Cover and stir occasionally. Use up to 1c veggie broth to prevent sticking.
Stir in the tempeh. Cover and cook another 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and season with salt to taste. Serve with gherkins or pickles. Enjoy!
