Oil-Free Vegan Miso Charred Broccoli
Chop 1lb. broccoli into florets.

Mix 2T white miso and 1T rice vinegar.

Coat the broccoli in the miso-vinegar mixture.

Spread on a foil-lined pan and bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes, until brown but still crispy.

Meanwhile mix 2T white miso, 2T rice vinegar, 1T maple or date syrup, and 1t minced fresh ginger.

Stir to make a sauce.

The broccoli should be browned but still a bright green color when it comes out of the oven.
Drizzle the miso sauce on the broccoli and top with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
