Oil-Free Vegan Sweet Potato Black Bean Hash

Sauté 350g of sweet potato in vegetable broth for 15 minutes, adding broth as necessary.
Add a green bell pepper and 1/2 red onion. Sauté for another 3-5 minutes.
Stir in a can of black beans, a can of corn, 1t cinnamon, 1t cumin, and 1t smoked paprika.
When the beans and corn are warmed, remove from the heat. Season with salt to taste. Enjoy!
