Oktoberfest Travel Guide
We stayed at the Stoke Travel campground
1
Accommodations will look something like this if you decide to stay here
2
The tents are small, and it can get cold so be sure to bundle up!
3
It’s definitely not luxurious but if you’re down to rough it, it’s a LOT of fun!
4
You can buy your dirndl or lederhosen in Germany or before you go - not required but it’s fun!
5
The beer halls get very crowded so getting there early is a good option
6
If not, you can usually find your way in at a table!
7
Haxnbratere “HB” is one of the more popular beer halls - and yes, the beer is delicious!
8
Oktoberfest is much more than beer, there are rides, people, culture - similar to a giant carnival!
9
There’s also awesome food - try schnitzel and bratwurst
10
And of course the giant pretzels, they’re the best!
