the ingredients

add milk, rice and sugar to pot

add vanilla extract, butter, cinnamon and kosher salt

stir to combine

bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 35-40 minutes

add hot rice and milk mixture to eggs

add warmed eggs to the pot~ stir and cook 1 minute

the pudding will be creamy

add dried cranberries

cover with plastic wrap and chill

whip the heavy cream
