What you'll need
1 Tsp Dried Mint
1 Cup Of Olives
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Yeast
1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Cup Of Flour
1 Tsp Dried Wild Thyme
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Dried Rosemary
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder & yeast. Set aside.
Beat the 2 eggs with all dried spices.
Add 1/2 cup of milk & 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add this mixture on the flour mixture.
Add shredded cheddar and olives.
Put the formed dough in a loaf pan and bake for 25 mins.
