One Pan Hash Brown Breakfast Bake
Preheat oven to 400. Start by adding 12 oz. sausage & half a finely chopped onion to your skillet. Cook until meat is browned.
Set sausage aside. Grab your frozen hash browns! Let them thaw and add as a base in your greased pan.
Add your sausage & onion mixture on top of your hashbrowns!
Add your veggies! I used chopped broccoli & tomatoes!
Add 8 eggs to a bowl. Add a few tbsp milk ( I used cashew). Add a few pinches of salt & pepper. Whisk to incorporate!
Pour your egg mixture on top! Cover with foil & bake for 30-35 min until egg is cooked through.
Top with chives & taco sauce! Enjoy!
