One Pan Prosecco & Lemon Roast Chicken
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In cast iron pan add 2 sliced onions, along with 2 sliced lemons.
1
Add in any other veggies you want to roast! Carrots, celery, Brussels, and potatoes all go great!
2
Pour your Prosecco over! If you don’t have Prosecco you can use any dry white wine or dry champagne.
3
Grab your whole chicken! Love a good deal!
4
Season how you would like! I rubbed some garlic ghee all over my chicken and added Kinder’s master salt seasoning.
5
Place your bird on top of your veggies in pan.
6
Cover your bird in pan tightly with foil. Bake on 350 degrees for one hour or until internal temp is at least 165 degrees.
7
Take out of oven and remove cover. Heat oven to low broil and stick back in for 10 minutes uncovered.
8
Yummy! Leftovers are perfect for chicken salad or a pot pie!
