One Pan Teriyaki Salmon & Veggies

Chop up all your veggies and spread out on baking sheet.

In bowl whisk together soy sauce ( or coconut aminos), hot Chinese mustard, honey, ginger & garlic

Add drizzle of olive or avocado oil. Stir to combine.

Make some room for your salmon. Lightly pour glaze over salmon and veggies.

Make sure your fish and veggies are well coated. Place foil over sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.

Take out of oven, remove foil and bake at 400 for 5-7 min depending on your salmon preference.

Top with remaining glaze & fresh herbs. Great to save for later in the week too!

You can use any meat, tofu, plant based meat or veggie combo.
