One Pot Chicken Rice
Mix salt, yogurt, ginger & garlic paste, turmeric & red chilli powder with chicken. Marinate for 20m

Cook the chicken until light brown for 10-12 mins, low-med heat

Keep the chicken pieces aside

Add sliced onion, bay leaves, ginger paste & salt. Sauté until the onions turn light brown

Add the soaked rice (for 30 mins) and mix

Add hot coconut milk followed by hot water

Bring the mixture to boil

Add the chicken pieces to the mixture

Cook until the rice is done for 10-15 mins, low-med heat

Add garam masala powder followed by chopped coriander and ghee

Keep it for 5-10 mins and here it is !
