One Pot Fish And Rice
In a pot with olive oil add the onions and garlic

Keep stirring until it’s softened and golden , then add the spices

Once it is totally golden browned add the fish then cover the pot

Don’t over stirring in this point

Once the fish color’s change add the rice

Add more spices, then water until it covers the rice ( 1 cup rice = 2 cups of water),when it starts boiling low the heat all the way

Once the water dries the pot will be ready

So good and healthy , quick and easy

With some tahini sauce 🤤

Spiced Fish Filet
Salt
2 tbsp
Ginger Powder
3 tbsp
Cumin
1 tbsp
Turmeric
1 cup
Rice ( Wash It Only )
3 tbsp
Olive Oil
