One Pot French Onion Soup
Start melting one stick of butter on a dutch oven pan.

Add 4-5 large sliced onions.

Sauté onions on low heat for about 30 minutes until caramelized and golden brown.

Season with salt and black pepper, add minced garlic, 2 tbsp of flour.

Add 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, fresh thyme and bay leaves.

Add 2 cups of beef broth and 2 cups of water.Let it simmer for 20 minutes!

Add slices of toasted baguettes in the oven first over the soup.

Sprinkle cheese, (gruyere, swiss, or mix of Italians cheeses)

In the oven on 400 degree for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.

Serve immediately!
