Add 2 cups broth to a large pot. I used beef bone broth; add pasta!
Clean out your fridge! Adding roasted garlic, tomatoes & peppers!
Creamy cheese sauce? Yes cheese! Added goat cheese, Gorgonzola and threw in a handful of kale & salt
Red onion & tapenade? Throw it in- there are no rules! Bring mixture to a roaring boil & cover
Cook for 20 minutes until all liquid has evaporated. Serve with fresh herbs, pepper and cheese!
