One Pot Rigatoni Bolognese
Brown ground beef in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper as it cooks.

Stir in diced onion, celery and carrot and cook until softened.

Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Add beef broth, scraping any browned bits off the bottom of the pan.

Add diced tomatoes and uncooked rigatoni.

Simmer until pasta is done and sauce has thickened.
