One Sheet Maple Mustard Thighs With Bacon Brussels
Add 1 tablespoon of grainy mustard to a bowl.

To that, add 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard.

Finally, add 1/4 cup of grade A maple syrup.

Clean and remove fat off of organic chicken thighs. Place in ziplock bag and add marinade.

Refrigerate for at least one hour, up to 24 hours. ❗️ALSO: can freeze at this step for future use.

Clean and arrange Brussels and bacon on your sheet pan.

Add thighs. Drizzle maple syrup over Brussels and bacon.

Place into oven at 375F for 40 minutes, flipping chicken halfway. Mix Brussels as well.

Remove to plate.

Top with marinade (make new, or reserved from before).
