ONE SKILLET Gnocchi al Pomodoro
Simple to make and everything comes together in ONE SKILLET!
Heat oil in a large skillet and saute your fresh herbs to infuse the flavors

Remove herbs and add in onion, garlic, salt + pepper to cook for about 5 minutes

Mix in San Marzano tomatoes, cream, and red wine. Cook for 15 minutes, crushing the tomatoes as they cook

Add in rosemary and bay leaf and simmer for 15 minutes

Mix in gnocchi and cook for 3 additional minutes.

Nestle in mozzarella and top with additional cheese before baking for 15 minutes.

Serve and ENJOY!
