Chop into easy to manage halves

Chop into cubes and then rinse until your water runs clear

Add blended peppers, water, seasoning, and red palm oil. Cook on high heat

After 15mins the yams will start to soften and the stew will start to thicken

Add water if your yam is still hard (cover/ adjust seasoning). Then mash!
