What you'll need
3 Medium Onions
Onions
1 each
1 Green Chilli & 1 Dry Red Chilli
2 tbsp
Orid Dal (pulses)
1 tbsp
Chana Dal
Lemon sized quantity
Tamarind
1/2 tbsp of salt
Salt
Marinate lemon sized quantity of tamarind & salt to taste for 5-10 mins!

Add 2 tbsp of oil & add Orid dal,chana dal,chillies and saute until golden brown!

Add the chopped onions & saute until the onions get the shiny texture to it!

Post Saute!😍

Add the sauteed mixture of pulses & onions and grind into a thick consistency!

You can add tomatoes also if you feel it's spicy to compensate!
