Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto a hot tawa. Add 2 handfuls of onion-carrot mixture evenly & spread the dosa slightly with your hands. Drizzle oil
Let it cook on medium flame for a minute
Gently flip the Uthappam & cook on low-medium heat for 2 minutes until the onions are well cooked.
Flip again after 2 minutes & transfer to a plate
Serve Onion Uthappam with chutney/ Chutney pudi or Sagu
