Cut 2 lbs Boneless Chicken into 1 inch pieces.

Mix 2 Egg Whites until fluffy with a fork.

Combine Chicken pieces with Egg Whites.

Add 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper & 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder and mix.

Mix 1/2 Cup Flour & 1/2 Cup Corn Starch and add to Chicken coating each piece.

Fry Chicken Pieces until Golden Brown.

The internal temp should reach 165f. Drain on paper towel covered plate.

While draining off excess oil, begin to make your Orange Glaze.

Mix 2 Cups Orange Juice, 4TBS Soy Sauce, 2 Garlic Cloves & 2 tsp Ginger minced, 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar.

Add 2 TBS Rice Vinegar, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Paprika. Mix 1 1/2 TBS Cornstarch & 4TBS Water to sauce

Keep simmering sauce on low/medium heat until thickened and can coat the back of a spoon.

Toss Chicken Pieces with Orange Glaze until completely coated.

Garnish with Sliced Scallions and enjoy!
