Orange Chicken

Trim the fat off of boneless skinless chicken thighs and chop into small pieces.

Add flour, corn starch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder and mix until combined.

Add chicken to a pan with oil on high heat. Then reduce to medium heat until cooked through.

Mix orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, & corn starch.

Remove cooked chicken and cook sauce in same pan until slightly thickened

Add chicken to sauce and cook for another 5 min. Add more water if needed. Done!
