Orange Chocolate Ganache Tart
Warm up 1 1/2 cup of heavy cream infused with orange zest.

Chop 12-14 oz of dark chocolate.

Mix 1/4 cup of sugar with 2 1/2 cup of pecan meal. (Use your favorite crust) Add 1/2 stick of melted butter.

Combine well together!

Transfer the mixture on a tart pan with removable bottom.

Push it down with a flat surface.

Bake the crust for 15 minutes on preheated 350 F

Add 1/2 stick of room temperatute butter to chocolate. Add warm heavy cream.

Combine until chocolate melts completely!

Nice, smooth and silky. Add 2oz of cognac.

Remove crust from the oven and let it cool.

Pour chocolate over the crust. Let it sit room temperature overnight or chill on the fridge for a couple of hours.

Sprinkle flaky salt all over.
