Orange Maple Pumpkin Pie With Homemade Cream
Add brown sugar, flour and salt to a mixing bowl.

Add cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.

Add evaporated milk and pumpkin purée.

Add the eggs.

Add the zest of 1 orange and maple syrup.

Stir to combine.

Roll out the pie crust on Saran Wrap in a large circle to fit your pie plate, about 1/4 inch thick

Invert the pie crust with plastic wrap and crimp down the edges.

Poke holes along the whole surface area with a fork.

Fill the pie crust with the pumpkin mixture. Crimp the edges and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and refrigerate overnight.

Top with fresh whipped cream and orange zest.
