Orange Sesame Salmon
Add the juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, wine, ginger, garlic, mustard, honey, and pepper in a small bowl.

Combine and set aside.

Place the salmon in a large sealable baggie.

Pour the marinade into the bag. Let the fish rest at room temperature for ten minutes, flesh side down.

Turn the bag over and let it sit for another 5 minutes skin side down.

Remove the fish from the bag and place it on paper towels to let drain for a minute.

Transfer the salmon to a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake in a preheated 450-degree oven for 8-10 minutes until the desired doneness.
