Orange-Blueberry Petit Fours
Let’s bake with the Brownie Bite Pan!
Use the Microplane Zester to zest 2 oranges.

Use the Citrus Press to get 1/2 cup orange juice.

Add 1.25 cup boxed white cake mix to a medium bowl.

Add 2 tbsp. Canola oil.

Add 2 eggs whites.

Add 1 tbsp. orange zest.

Pour in 1/2 cup orange juice.

Whisk until just combined. Do not over-mix.

Brush pan with oil. Aerosol spray will leave a sticky residue over time.

Using the Small Scoop evenly fill each well of the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
Whisk together 2.5 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup blueberry jam, and 1/4 cup milk until smooth.

Invert the cakes into a cooling rack.

Use the Small Scoop to pour glaze over each cake.

Garnish with the remaining orange zest and allow to set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
