Orecchiette With Brussels Sprouts & Broccoli
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Unlock blade cover, add chute, unlock blade.

Add pasta to water, cooking for one minute less than package directs.

Slice three cloves peeled garlic.

Adjust to size six.

Trim 1 small head broccoli and stem.

Slice broccoli.

Slice sprouts.

Drain pasta and reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.

Add 1/4 cup olive oil to 12" Skillet and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Juice half a lemon.

Grate 1 Oz Parmesan plus extra for serving.

Add garlic slices to pan, with 1 tsp red pepper flakes. Cook 1-2 minutes until it just starts browning.

Add veggies and 1 tsp salt or 1 tbsp Lemon Garlic Rub

Cook for 5-7 minutes, adding 1 cup frozen peas during the last minute.

Add pasta to skillet.

Add pasta water and Parmesan. Reduce to medium-low and simmer until water is absorbed.

Add some fresh ground pepper. Season if needed.

Add lemon zest and juice. Add 1/2 cup fresh parsley.

Serve with Pasta Tongs. Enjoy!
