Organic Low Fat Spinach Omelette
2 egg whites, one full egg and 30 grms of spinach whole food crystals

Place crystals in a bowl with a tiny bit of plants based milk

Mix with the egg

Place in a warm pan with ghee, oil or butter

Add a bit of Parmesan

Add more spinach whole food crystals

Let the egg cook until it’s crispy underneath
